This page explains the two fees involved. 

Fee #1: Website Establishment

I charge $500 for "most" websites.  This includes the following:

• Setting up your website on the established domain (more on domains below).
• Incorporating the necessary components such as photo galleries, custom submission forms, news articles, advertisements, promotions, polls, e-commerce tools, etc.  
• Adding the initial content for featuring your organization's products or services. I will optimize your website for the search engines as I go.
• Submitting your completed website to numerous search engines and directories.

Note: My fee could vary depending on the amount of development involved. For instance, if you require a very small website such as a small company homepage, I will give you a discount. On the other hand, if your organization requires extensive development (beyond the norm for a small company website), then my fee may be more than $500. In either case, we will discuss it and agree on a reasonable fee. I will work with you to come up with a plan that meets both of our needs. I think you will find my pricing to be phenomenal for what you get! But, I do this as a freelance developer so I can keep my pricing very competitive. Besides, my hope is that you come back for more and/or refer me to others!

Fee #2: Domain Registration and Web Hosting

I provide a couple of options here: the Economy Plan and the Bluehost Plan.

Economy Plan- $35/Year

This plan is recommended for a small company homepage or a personal website without too many requirements. I host your website and charge you a yearly fee of $35 which includes approximately 1.0 GB of web-space & 20 GB traffic/month. It also includes the registration fee to maintain the domain name.

I help you select a domain name for your organization then I register it for free. Although this domain name will not actually be registered in your name, it will be associated with your account. If at some point in the future you decide to move to another web host, I will authorize the transfer of the domain. I do not keep the domain name we established for your business. You will also have the option of upgrading your service through the web host that I'm affiliated with (see Bluehost Plan below). This means that the domain name will become registered in your name. Note that you will be charged higher yearly fees than what I charge for this option, but it may be necessary if your website needs to expand.

Bluehost Plan- $95.40/Year or $166.80/24 Months

This plan is recommended for companies who require lots of storage space and monthly transfer (for handling high amounts of traffic). With this plan, I do not host your website for you. I help you sign up with Bluehost who I've been affiliated with for years (due to their reliability, features, and exceptional customer service). Their current hosting space is 1,500 GB and 15,000 gigs of transfer per month!

If you choose this plan, I will help you establish a domain name for your website. Then, I will help you register it with Bluehost. Your domain registration is free with your subscription. You will pay Bluehost directly.
